A blockage needs an approach suited to the drain and the situation. I discuss the problem with you first, then get to work. I explain the work and what I find.

What can you expect?
- The approach and costs are clearly discussed beforehand.
- I carry out the unblocking work and explain what I am doing.
- After the work, I check that the drain flows properly.
- If there are signs of damage, I discuss any further investigation or repairs that may be needed.
No charge per metre of drain cable
You pay a rate for the first hour, followed by each additional quarter-hour worked. The length of cable inserted does not determine the price. Unblocking work is paid by card immediately after completion.
Three-month guarantee
If a blockage returns within three months, I return free of charge when it is covered by the guarantee under normal use. View the guarantee conditions.
Useful when making an appointment
Tell me which drain is blocked, how long the problem has been occurring and whether other drains are affected. Give the address and, if possible, send a photo via WhatsApp.
