I am Jeroen, the person behind JMS Riooltechniek. With ten years of sewer experience, I help residents and owners’ associations in Bodegraven and within a radius of 20 kilometres.
For me, good work starts with attention. I explain what I am doing and why, so you understand the problem. I take the time to carry out the work carefully and check it.
I work Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00. With a focus on quality and clear agreements, you can count on a committed professional.

If the blockage returns within three months under normal use and is covered by the guarantee, I return free of charge. Read the conditions.

How are costs calculated?
We discuss the costs beforehand. Unblocking work is charged at a rate for the first hour, then per additional quarter-hour worked. There is no charge per metre of drain cable. Leak investigation has a separate rate. Contact me to discuss the costs for your situation.
What does the guarantee cover?
Unblocking work comes with a three-month guarantee under normal use. If the blockage returns within that period and is covered by the guarantee, I return free of charge.
- The guarantee becomes void if pipe breaks or subsidence are identified later that were not found during the previous work.
- No guarantee is provided for pipe breaks on municipal land.
Where possible, I check the sewer pipes by physical inspection in the crawl space. I discuss any signs of pipe breaks or subsidence with you.
Where and when do you work?
I work for residents and owners’ associations within 20 kilometres of Bodegraven, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00. Call or WhatsApp to make an appointment.
Do you also investigate water pipes?
Leak investigation focuses exclusively on sewer pipes in crawl spaces. For leaks in water supply pipes, contact a suitable specialist.
How do I pay after unblocking?
Unblocking work must be paid by card immediately after completion. The costs are clearly discussed beforehand.
